We are all making decisions of what and what not to do in this season of Covid. We all have different comfort levels and personal convictions of what we participate in right now. I want to encourage each of you to continue seeking the Lord with all of your heart, strength, soul, and mind in worship.
Part of that seeking is gathering together. We are striving to achieve the balance of being safe and being together. Outside Services have been an absolute blessing, so we will continue! I understand if you are not comfortable in person, so I would encourage you to join us online (see below for details). However you choose to gather, let’s continue to strive together as a church to love God and love one another! “And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.” - Hebrews 10:24-25
*** Please take note that The Rock is recommending for all Bible studies, prayer groups, theology studies, and any small groups associated with The Rock to meet outside or on Zoom during the month of January (or until there is further resolution regarding the uptick in Covid cases). We will continue to meet for Sunday Worship in person and outside for the beginning of 2022.***
Please take note of ways to gather for Sunday Service at The Rock:
1) We are meeting outside at Manhattan Beach Pre-School for our Sunday Service at 3:30 pm. Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, and Bibles! For a complete copy of our guidelines for re-opening CLICK HERE.
2) We will also be live on Facebook Live (NOT ZOOM). If you don’t feel comfortable joining us in person, are feeling sick, or have been exposed to someone who is sick stay connected through this live-stream - CLICK HERE at 3:30 Sunday afternoon.
3) Finally we will provide a video link to the sermon on our website.
